They arrived at the start of the holidays (shipped from Michigan 10/25/15 using ground shipping) in November. So, I did not have time to get my handyman over until January to take a look and begin the install process. > He installed the 24" lazy susan without a problem and I called to have the 28" returned since it was not used and was not opened. > I was told that this was not possible since the time limit was past. So, what you are telling me is that i am now out over $110.00 because of timing issues. If this was over 90 days or six months since receipt, I would understand (maybe). > But when I called it was the first weekend after New Year's and only 75 days had passed (if the time starts when they items were shipped). > I find it incomprehensible that you would not take the item back if you look at my order you would see that I ordered two of the same item.
