In the end you’ll just have to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Some of the items I ordered were in stock, others were due by May 23rd. I spent over 2000$ on the order and still have not received it. I was told it would ship June 4th, which has come and gone and then today was told my order wouldn’t even be ready until June 19th. My entire kitchen Reno is held up because of this order, for which I have already been charged. Their customer service is by email and incredible slow, and they don’t have a phone number. Save yourself the trouble and order from Crate and Barrel or CB2, at least they have customer service. I'm especially a fan of their door knobs/pulls. They're solid brass and INCREDIBLY high quality! The biggest (and only) downside with them is shipping. Their shipping policy is incredibly expensive at flat 10% of total order price. So even if you spend a lot of money on relatively small items, be prepared to pay a lot for shipping. However, they will let you use your own FedEx account number. This is definitely appreciated, but a more nuanced shipping practice would be wonderful. Great customer service as well.
