> I have used Keystone Homes both to build a house from scratch (from plans created by an architect I independently hired) as well as to do several remodeling projects on other property that I own. Not only was everything completed on time and within budget, the quality was absolutely fabulous. Without exception, her sub-contractors were excellent craftsmen who took great pride in their work. The punch list was quickly and completely addressed. I really trust Carol to do a great job and I would not hesitate for a second to hire her again or recommend her to any of my friends and family (and in fact, I have recommended her to several friends.). If you're looking some someone who is honest, has great depth of experience, does what she says, when she says, and produces top quality work - look no further- you've found her!

> Carol is a contractor's contractor. She pays attention to detail, is responsive, and makes sure things get done right. I had a very challenging remodel of an older home. It was a wreck and needed new electrical, plumbing, central air and heat, foundation leveling, and more. Thanks 100% to Carol, the redo turned out much better than I dreamed it would. I love it.

> Carol is ethical in a world where many cut corners. She worked with the city to get the right permits, had work redone if it wasn't right or I didn't like it, and pointed out problems I missed to her workers. Many of her workers have been with her for years and she knows what they can and can't do. If she doesn't have a worker for a needed job, she gets the right one and makes sure they provide quality work.
>
> I would absolutely recommend her and give her my highest recommendation.

> These renovations were on a very tight schedule after flooding and the contractor was crucial in securing valid comparisons for budgeting to present to FEMA and SBA for funding in a timely, prompt manner. Additionally, she provided thoughtful evaluations on options that were not directly related to flood repairs, but that further enhanced the safety and value of the property. Finally, the quality and attention to detail resulted in an absolutely effortless home--energy efficient, easy maintenance, secure, absolutely lovely and relaxing. Family and friends are visiting so frequently, it feels like a B&B lately, and such a delight.

> I have represented Keystone homes selling homes for Keystone since 2004. It is my pleasure to have sold many wonderful homes built by Keystone over these years including one I currently have for sale. I have also sold homes that were remodeled by Keystone. Carol Gradziel is a career builder who only does a few projects at the same time so she can do the supervision herself rather then rely on someone else.. She is intimately involved in each of her homes and when you listen to her talk about them you see how much pride she gets from her career. I have seen her use the same subcontractors for many years. I also respect how she gives back to the community she works and lives in serving. She serves on the board of the Weekley YMCA and is an active member of the West University Rotary Club. I also know Carol as an athlete- triathlon and marathon runner as well as a bicycle enthusiast and yoga participant. These speak to her commitment, dedication, discipline and being a well rounded individual.

> Appreciated the personal attention to special circumstances related to flooding in my house. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy service. Would recommend and rehire if needed.

> Carol is very professional in every way. She has purchased many packages of high end appliances for each upscale, well constructed home she has build. It is always a pleasure to work with her on all her projects!

> Keystone Homes built our home in West University and did a wonderful job. Keystone used high quality materials, including many special features not typical for a spec house. Keystone completed the project on-time and has really stood by their work. All the subcontractors have been great as well. Unlike many builders, Keystone has been extremely responsive with any questions or needs we have had after completion, and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our home. We would highly recommend using Keystone Homes.

**★★★★★ — Jan Pasternak, Sept. 2015**

> Keystone Homes is a highly reputable company that does exceptional work. Carol Gradziel, President of Keystone, is hands on with all the work that she is contracted to perform. It's a first class operation that offers quality work and integrity. Carol is trustworthy, conscientious and thorough. I would not hesitate to call on her again for any work I might need done.
