The level of quality, detail and care was unprecedented. I also convinced my building to allow IPD to renovate our lobby and upper hallways in our building as well. And it is spectacular! There's no doubt our property values have increased. Now, we are working with IPD on an East Hampton fixer upper we just purchased. Their attention to detail is unmatched.
