> Architecture and  design service as this was an almost total re-build. The designer was attentive to every detail, and read my mind in knowing the kinds of things I would like. She even picked out  very specific, re-cycled wood for flooring, and window sills, often against the builders wishes, but in seeing the final result, she was right on everything. I couldn't be happier, and the solar panels and insulation selected have eliminated all heating bills.

  - Description: Original ranch was demolished down to the first floor flooring. Re designed with a reverse floor plan to capture ocean view and light from the 2nd floor. The house is net zero with super insulated floor/walls and vaulted ceiling. Window sills and floors are reclaimed heart pine, kitchen granite and sink are also reclaimed.

  - Description: 2nd floor gut renovation and dormer addition. The renovation greatly enlarged the 2 small bedrooms upstairs as well as added a full bath in between the rooms. The ridge was raised at the dormer to increase head height.
