> We choose DWR due to their perceived quality even though they were one of the more expensive contractors. Our project was relatively simple with a new bathroom, a new door and window. After four months (they forecasted 6 weeks)  a leaking toilet (which they installed) and therefore ceiling, probably over 50 follow-up calls which ended up ultimately speaking to the owner, we concluded that this is the worst contractor we ever had. The quality resulted in them needing to re-do the tiling in the bath, repainting the ceiling which leaked due to the leaking toilet four times and also  the door four times just to name a few problems we had.
