He determined that we needed a new heat valve, and he said he would submit it to the home warranty company right away for approval and to have parts ordered. It's now July 10th, and he still hasn't submitted the issue to the home warranty company or updated the service request in the portal. In other words, we are no further a long than we were 11 days ago. And to make matters worse, I can't get them to call me back. I'm being completely neglected. We must take pictures and report the facts. This gentleman’s heater had water damage and the gas valve was oxidated and the automatic pilot was rusted which the insurance will not cover. It’s all in the bylaws of the insurance manual. See the pictures below. With a recommendation from a person with no integrity is better lost than gained.
