**Q: Love this floor, can you tell me what it is and the color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: i believe it is a distressed elm... I am trying to confirm this for you. the colour is a black brown which I am also trying to find in the project file

**Q: I need paint recycled and a room renovated** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have a bunch of paint that was left in my house to dispose of. I prefer to see it re-used or disposed of in an environmentally responsible way.
I also have a small room that needs work after removing and relocating the laundry.

A: you can check this site out... http://www.makethedrop.ca/ they have options to recycle many hazardous household items including paint. Home depot cancelled their paint recycling program so dont bring it there. you may also want to donate it to the habitat for humanity re-store. if it is good conditiono they may take it???

Could you please share this paint color, I have been trying to track it down for years! I have loved this home since I saw it featured in Wish magazine years ago. I kept the issue!

A: i have been searching out our file for this project but have yet to find it... i do know it is a benjamin moore colour and i'm almost positive it is burnt something??? i'll keep looking and post if i find.

A: this is a Brazillian Cherry also known as Jatoba. It is classified as an "exotic hardwood" it carries a premium price tag but looks great. This floor is 3/4 solid and was oil finished onsite. you can contact me if you would like to find a contractor capable of sourcing and installing this floor correctly.

Not a question just  WOW   Kadoos  to the phenom that created this!

A: the fish tank in the background looks through to the pool also! and the floor in that room is leather tile!!

A: The floor on this Project is a Brazillian Cherry or Jatoba. It is 3/4" solid and finished onsite with penetrating oil finish
