> Our highest recommendation goes to Tim and his crew. They were on the job everyday, our project could not have been completed any faster. We came to Tim with a complex design that TGL executed perfectly. Along the way, Tim also added his good ideas and suggestions. He gladly accepted our changes and tweaks unless he knew from experience that our idea would not work out. We were glad we listened to him. Tim continued to nurture the plants/project after the final planting to insure proper execution translated into the designer's vision. The project came in on budget and, even with changes, there were no surprises. Finally, both my wife and I enjoyed interacting with Tim and his crew on a daily bases; we are now enjoying a beautiful front and backyard.

The project included complete demolition of our existing yard and all new hardscape (including paving, BBQ area, fireplace, fountain wall, spa with decking and arbors), drainage/irrigation systems, plants and lighting.  Throughout the process, Tim and his team were incredibly responsive and attentive, with a strong commitment to quality.  There were lots of decisions and choices to make along the way, and Tim always had great suggestions and solutions.  Tim was also organized and mindful of costs, and the project was completed within the original budget!

> Tim George Construction was responsible for demolition of our 30 year old backyard. The leveling process was critical to the success of our project. He constructed a comprehensive drain system.   Then followed concrete with acid wash and cut saw joints, a stucco and ledge stone water feature, new retaining walls with Santa Barbara finish and multiple colors, spa vault, stucco and stacked stone feature wall, barbecue with raised bar and integrated pergola structure, Arizona flagstone patio, fire ring and river pebble mosaics.  Last was irrigation system and plantings and lighting.   His crew arrived every day, on time and never skipped a day.  His workers were friendly, respectful and hardworking. Tim was personally on site for at least part of every day as well.  The work ethic and honesty of Tim and his crew is a rare thing to find in a contractor these days and we are pleased to recommend his services.

> We have had Tim George complete two different projects for us.  The first involved driveway and patio construction with relandscaping of the front yard , using low water use plantings.  The lot required some regrading and management of drainage issues, which were managed well.  His cement work was beautiful and artistically done, as was the front yard landscaping.  His crew was pleasant, efficient and skilled.  Tim impressed us as very competent and conscientious and it was a pleasant experience working with him.  Recently when we needed some relandscaping of our back yard, he designed a custom rock waterfall for us which required some new brickwork which blended seamlessly with our existing brick patio. He also replanted our yard with low water use plantings.  All of the work was beautifully done and once again his crew was hard working, friendly and efficient, and we were really delighted with the finished project.

**Q: Drought tolerant plants and dry rock stream** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where are you located? We live in Canyon Lake CA. We need an estimate on drought tolerant plants and possibly a dry rock stream down a front slope next  to our driveway.
