The renovation included replacing all floors with a combination of hardwoor and tile, replacing the carpeted stairs with stained maple hardwood, refacing our brick fireplace with a more classic look, replacing all trim and doors, and a new kitchen and laundry which was coordinated with Liberty Custom Cabinetry.

**Q: Love your floors** *(in Photo Questions)*

What type and color are your floors?  Beautiful!

A: I can tell you… That floor is tile to look like hardwood.  And we used black grout.  A very durable solution and you don’t have to worry about water spills.
