This was all new construction and included tearing down the old house, shoring, excavating, and all new construction. > > From the first meeting with Carl, we were impressed with the high level of professionalism and communication. This continued throughout the whole project. He provided us with a detailed budget proposal and schedule. He even made several suggestions on ways to improve the plans and worked well with our architect, engineer and the building department to get these changes approved. Even after we made these and several other changes during construction, they were still able to complete the entire project by the scheduled date. Carl was personally on the job each day and has very good attention to detail.
