William was always cheerful and obliging, happy to make sure that things were done the way we wanted. He promptly dealt with any of the small issues that inevitably come up in a building project. His team was excellent too: they were all very professional, cheerful and completely trustworthy. Nothing was rushed and countless small but important details--such as taking the time to make sure the butt-joints in the siding lined up in a neat pattern across the face of the building--showed that they took great pride in their work. The contractor, project manager and kitchen designer were easy to work with and responsive to all requests, questions and changes. The project was completed to our satisfaction and specifications.
