Their principal AJ Liberatore built my first house in 2003. 10 years later, there have been no major problems with any aspect of the entire house. This is one of the most well-built houses that I have ever seen. Last year, Atina Homes did an attic renovation on our existing house requiring replacement of a portion of the roof. At the same time, multiple other rooms were renovated as well. This was a four month process of construction while we were living in the house. AJ was always up front and honest. At the conclusion of the project many months later, they were under budget. To this day, I have never had that experience with any other contractor. The quality of the work is top notch as well. The first time we met AJ we liked him instantly! We found him to be refreshingly honest and extremely knowledgeable about the process of building a home. We met with AJ for the first time in April of 2011. We were in a bit of a time crunch as our second child was due at the beginning of December. Although it required a great deal of concentration on our part and Atina Home's, our home was finished by December 1, a little over 5 months after breaking ground. > > Unlike some builders, AJ consistently uses the same core of sub contractors. We liked the fact that they were familiar with his home building process and they all spoke very highly of him. They also did a great job as well. We were especially impressed with our kitchen designer who did a fantastic job. We also loved his main carpenter who created multiple "visions" that we had such as molding designs on the walls and the design of our fireplace. AJ did a great job of meeting all of our design requests. Nothing that we did was "cookie cutter" or picked out of a catalog.
