I spent nearly $30k on appliances from this company and EVERY SINGLE ITEM has been damaged and/or doesn't work, and ALL items have been extremely late for delivery (almost ONE FULL YEAR from the date of purchase)!!! The 2 double door Fisher Paykel refrigerator freezer units ($7k+) were both dented in on the doors and drawers and frame. Appliances Connection only offered a $50 credit. The Marvel beverage refrigerator ($3.5k) arrived badly bashed on all four sides and never worked. Appliances Connection made us go through the hassle of having a Marvel rep come to our home and see if it could be repaired. It was not repairable. We had to wait EIGHT (8) months to get a replacement, but only after extreme hassle. The Fisher Paykel gas cooktop arrived with crushed control knobs. The GE garbage compactor was delivered crushed and was dead on arrival and never worked with a broken foot pedal. After months of waiting for a replacement, the replacement unit stopped working after 3 months! I purchased a Marvel ice maker ($3.5k) to match the Marvel beverage refrigerator, but apparently the glass door model was discontinued when I purchased it (not disclosed) so Appliances Connection just sent a "substitute" unit that doesn't match the beverage refrigerator (to be installed side-by-side). Additionally, the "substitute" unit was badly scratched in the inside, as if it had already been used by a prior customer. I've been waiting TEN (10) months for the Fisher Paykel double oven ($8k) and warming drawer ($2.5k) and dishwasher ($2k) but Appliances Connection offers nothing except an excuse that "it's backordered." I never speak to the same person twice and multiple "ticket" submissions for damaged and non-functioning items go ignored and are apparently sent to a black hole. This company is an absolute nightmare! It appears they are selling "scratch and dent" items for FULL PRICE. Save your money and save yourself the anxiety and hassle of dealing with this outfit and BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! **★ — HU-243818914, Sept. 2022** > \*\*WASHINGTON D.C. BUYER BE WARE\*\* > This company is horrible. I purchased a washer and dryer with install and haul away. They made 6 separate deliveries. Delivery 1 was for dryer vents (the units I ordered were ventless). Delivery 2 was the electrical cords. Delivery 3 was a washing machine. Delivery 4 was a dryer. Delivery 5 was haul away. Delivery 6 was install. After delivery 4 I notified the company that I no longer needed the haul away or install service and I requested a refund. They continued to call me and send people out to remove my old appliances and install the new ones. They still refuse to provide me with a refund for the services I did not receive. **★★★★★ — Bob Farrell, Aug. 2022** > I have received my beverage fridge and it is perfect. Quiet and very cold quickly. I had an issue with the delivery company and couldn’t get resolution until Rose Branch from Appliance Connection stepped in, took charge and resolved the problem immediately. I could not have accomplished what she did! **★ — volsgal03, May 2022** > I called to place an order, which went fairly smoothly. Ordered an ILVE range and told that it would be ordered. A few days later, they ran my CC, which was flagged as possible fraudulent due to the large amount. I quickly called my CC company and it was cleared within an hour of my being notified. > I responded to the ticket they opened to let me know they were unable to charge my card and they said Appliances Connection would run it again. It took a couple of weeks, but they did re-run it successfully. I received an email stating it went through and my range was ordered. I checked my CC statement and it had gone through. > Then about 4 hours later, I receive another email stating that they cancelled my order. When I called in to find out why, a very rude representative told me that he wasn't sure, but tried to explain something about insurance issues - which he didn't even understand what he was saying. I could literally hear his entire conversation with someone else in the background and they were trying to come up with some story to tell me. I decided it was useless to talk to him. The next day, I call ILVE customer service (and I think it might be one and the same, but even if not, they're about as helpful). I was told they cancelled it because the charge was flagged and didn't go through. I told her that it did go through and that their own employee had noted it as the hold going through successfully. She said they would need to contact the Billing Manager and get back to me. I waited until late the following day, called back to check on the progress. She snapped at me stating I needed to "give them time to work through it." > Ok, so I did. And then 2 weeks later, I tried again. Still no answer. I emailed the ticketing system and have yet to receive any answers as to why this order will not go through. It's now 5 weeks later and I've never received a response. I don't understand how a company with great reviews can just completely ignore an issue that was ENTIRELY ON THEIR SIDE. Apparently they're doing so well, they don't need customers buying $5k ranges. That's fine, I found much better company to work through and extremely happy with their service **★ — Michele Brouse, April 2022** > The item is a gray poker table convertible dining top only (Furniture of America CMGM367GYT1 Poker Tables Qty 1 and/or Furniture of America CMGM367GYT2 Poker Tables Qty 1). There are two pieces to the dining top that allow each piece to slide and connect in the middle of the table. The four nubs that connect the two pieces in the middle are completely busted and have popped out of the particle board so it's extremely ugly and does not connect or work. I paid $3895.86 for the poker table, dining table cover, and 6 chairs. Ordered a dishwasher with white glove delivery meaning they take out and remove the old one and they install the new one. Truck shows up with two guys. They say they have the dishwasher but cannot install it because they were not given any tools. They said they would drop it off and then we would have to call Appliances Connection to have someone come back out and install it. We said ok. They brought dishwasher in house. Then they asked if our old one was a plug in or hard wired. We did not know. The sales rep never asked us what type of electrical connection we had. The guys said if it was hard wired we would have to call an electrician and have a "conversion box" put on because the new one was a plug in. I thought maybe because it was a Miele that it needed something special. No, it would just need an electrical outlet but a ground fault one. Anyhow, my wife called the sales rep who sold her the dishwasher. He did apologize for the guys having no tools and said that should not have happened. When my wife asked about the plug, he said how should he have known what type of connection we had and that she should have told him; but he never asked to begin with. He then abruptly hung up after saying he had 40 other people on hold.
