Happy to see from your photo that it is indeed possible! Can you share any special considerations for designing/building a shower like this? A: The shower is 3' x 5.5' . The controls are on the left side wall , and the shower head is on the opposite right side wall. The shower drain is off center , closer to shower head **Q: Shower wall tiles?? Beautiful!** *(in Photo Questions)* Are those teak wood tiles on the shower wall? A: your welcome, and glad to see you gathering ideas for your project. Can you provide the source?** *(in Photo Questions)* I'm looking for an accent tile for a 1964 mid-century style home and think the blue wall tile would look great. Can you provide details? A: The tile came from Porcelana. The homeowner supplied the mirror and pendant lights so we are unsure of the source for those. **Q: Ceiling painted white vs wall color** *(in Paint)* Thoughts on same colored ceilings as wall color in rooms with 10’ ceilings, lots of natural light, and white crown molding? Paint colors are all on the light/medium spectrum. A: We rarely have a customer who wants white ceilings and when we do , we try to encourage them to select a off white. Most of our customers are very happy with same wall color on the ceiling , or reducing the wall color 50% for the ceilings. The color of the walls helps determine best path for ceiling color. A: your welcome, we hope your new home will turn out Beautiful! **Q: Ocean Front Home Before and After** *(in Before & After)* This project encompassed the complete exterior and interior renovation of a house that is located on a bay with a view of the Pacific Ocean. Project Team: COE Architecture International, J & R Construction, LB Muller Design Exterior Before/After The existing house looked like Darth Vader’s helmet—dark and foreboding. The redesign saved it from the “Dark Side”, bringing it into the light. Living Room Before/After The original 3,840-square-foot, 1992 house failed to take advantage of its spectacular waterfront setting. In the new design, all of the major interior spaces were reorganized so that each would have commanding water views and allow for easy entertaining. The exterior wall of the living room was completely removed and replaced with accordion glass doors, allowing the interior to flow to the new deck. Kitchen Before/After On the first floor, the kitchen was relocated to serve as the communal centerpiece of the house. A: Amazing job taking advantage of the view!
