They were delivered on time but what was delivered were the two vanity bases - no doors, no drawers! Then TWO MONTHS later, I received two of the seven drawers but not drawer fronts, then I received two drawer fronts but not the special screws needed to attach them. Then I received five drawer fronts but still no drawers. Then I finally received the two doors and two weeks later received a third door which I didn't need since there are only two vanities. Today, I received a package of two hinges for the door I don't need and a package that is labeled 64 screws needed for the all the drawer fronts and in the package was TWO screws. This has been going on for THREE Months with little more that apologies from the kitchen designer for all the UNEXPLAINED delays and INCORRECT deliveries and I still don't have completed vanities. > > Johnson Lumber came highly recommended and, unfortunately, they have failed to live up to their reputation. We also purchased quartz by Cambria through Johnson Lumber. Though the installation of the quartz did not go as planned Andrea worked with the supplier and all issues were taken care of. I also was sad that I couldn't bring a nice old cabinet with me to put somewhere in my new condo, so Kate Johnson designed one for me using the Wolf cabinets! Once the kitchen design was decided but prior to ordering, they sent pictures of what it would look like, both from top looking down and also from each side of the kitchen. After they were installed by our contractor, we realized that one of the outside shelves had a flaw--they immediately ordered a replacement. She took draft plans developed by an architect and enhanced these greatly, designing a beautiful, functional kitchen that is the hallmark of the house redesign. The high quality construction of the Starmark maple cabinetry, Berenson hardware, and Emerald Pearl granite countertops, along with the ample storage and workspace, makes working in the kitchen a joy. > > Kate Johnson also provided expert design advice for two moderate-sized bathrooms, resulting in highly functional bathrooms with clean design and ample storage. Measured every Marvin replacement window wrong and tried to blame it on my contractor (who did not measure the windows), the trim, because they were clad in aluminium, or anything else they could come up instead of accepting responsibilty and correcting the problem. I have never dealt with a worse company. My contractor, who has been in business over 30 years had never been treated so badly by a company. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!
