Not the case this year, unfortunately. I worked directly with the owner who provided little in the way of creative storage solutions for my closet. Furthermore, the estimate for the project, after seeing it in my home and sketching it on her planning pad, was almost half of the total estimate when the final cost was determined. I understand being off by a little, but not off by so much. That shows a lack of experience with their products, or an attempt to profit off someone who they think has unlimited resources. Then, using my husbands clothing inventory, she created the inside of the closet and even included a drawer with a ironing board...knowing he touched up everything he wears! > Sherri then worked with my contractor to ensure proper measurements and kept in touch with the work in progress. The scheduled days of installation were precise and the installers were seasoned!! They dealt with any unforeseen problems and did their job diligently.
