> Went to Stone Pros on a referral from a friend as they were highly recommended. Glenn was very easy to work with, professional and upfront about the costs of the project and didn't have any hidden costs. We hired Stone Pros to install new counter tops in our kitchen and bathroom and they turned out beautiful. The installation team was efficient and made sure to protect our flooring prior to starting work. Would highly recommend Stone Pros and will be utilizing them for our future counter top needs.

> Stone pros are a top notch company. When we first decided to replace our counter tops in our new house we were going to put gray quartz into our house. When we sat down with the very busy owner of stone pros Glenn, he changed our minds. Because we were installing new counter tops into a log home he suggested using a natural stone because it is a natural home (log built). We were looking at a light gray color scheme, Glenn suggested a dark stone he had recently seen at a granite distributer in Seattle. We instantly agreed. He has an eye for what would work and look best. We went totally opposite of what we came in to have installed. He stated he would do what we wanted as customers. But we went with his suggestions. We went down to Seattle (not my favorite place) and picked out our slabs. We absolutely could not be more pleased with his suggestions. We were under a tight time line also. We had a house warming party coming up and really wanted the counter tops completed. Glenn’s crew was very accommodating to our schedule and worked tirelessly to have the job done in a very timely manner with the utmost professional attitude on a Saturday. You have to understand that installing counter tops against logs is not an easy event. I was asked questions along the way on how I wanted certain locations to be completed so I would be happy with the end result. We will use them again for our bathroom remodels when the time comes. In the end it saved me thousands of dollars also. We cannot say enough how happy we are with our counter tops.
> Sincerely Don and Jen.

> We've worked with Glenn at Stone Pros twice. During each project he and his staff were knowledgeable, punctual, neat, and nice! Their work is beautiful and we couldn't be more happy. The granite we chose was difficult to work with as it chipped easily. Glenn is a true master at his craft, and the finished product is awesome.

> Stone Pros is TERRIFIC! They completed our granite kitchen countertop install in a timely, responsible and very professional manner. Glenn was excellent about answering all of our questions, explaining the process, making sure that there were no surprises and following up to make sure that we had no additional questions or concerns. Glenn was conscientious about staying tidy, respecting our home and cleaning up after the install. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

> Glen at Stone Pros helped us out of a jam with a previous terrible contractor. He responded quickly, explained what he would need to do and followed through. We arranged a date for him to come to the house, showed up on time, removed the 'bad' counters and in a weeks time we had brand new fabricated and exact fitting beautiful new Quartz counters in our kitchen. He even suggested a different patterned stone to look at that he thought would go better in our kitchen and he was right! We love it! I would highly recommend Stone Pros for any counter top needs.

> Great service! Glenn helped me with a quartz remnant that I needed to finish a project. He was incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with and delivered exactly what I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use his company for future projects!

> Quartz Countertop installation for my master bathroom.
> My sister was using Stone Pro's to manufacture and install her countertops in Seattle, she refereed me and when I went to go look at the Quartz they were really helpful. I just had a little job and they made me feel like I was just as important as a customer that was redoing an entire house.
> They were fast, professional and friendly. Thank you!

> Everyone has heard the horror stories of remodeling gone bad – over-budget, delayed, quality issues. Our 2100sqft whole upstairs remodel was that and then some. 8 months into the effort when we were exhausted and stressed to no end and it came time to select granite. Severely underwhelmed with the granite sub-contractor our GC was offering, we ventured out on our own calling, interviewing, and visiting many suppliers. Upon meeting Glenn and his crew at their workshop, we instantly knew Stone Pros was a cut (pun intended) above the rest… by far.
> Glenn demonstrated a depth of knowledge in his field that exceeded the combined information and level of detail from all the other granite sellers and stone yards we had visited. He asked us about our project and tastes and recommended different types of granite to consider and educated us on the features and characteristics of each. He learned about our lifestyle and, talked to us about cleanability, showing dirt, crumbs, and fingers prints, and even took into consideration which granites would withstand our kids inevitably climbing and sitting on the large overhangs and spans that were part of our design. Seeing the ongoing projects in his workshop proved they had a deep care for quality and attention to detail.
>
> As we moved forward with Stone Pros, Glenn made everything straight-forward and easy. His direct communication facilitated the estimation process so we knew exactly what we were going to get and how much each option we were considering would be. He laid out the next steps and expectations for site readiness, and worked hand-in-hand with us on schedule and dependencies as well as contingency plans. Clearly this was critical since we were GCing this portion of our project ourselves.
>
> As for the details, our project included an U shaped kitchen with large undermount kitchen sink, a large 6’ island with over-hang, a 7’ desk, a long buffet, a master bath vanity with undermount sink, another bathroom vanity with undermount sink and a large laundry room countertop. In the kitchen/dining area we had a black leathered granite, and not only could he fabricate trimmed down 2cm black-splashes, but Strone Pros and ONLY Stone Pros could leather the cut edges and backsplash tops so everything was consistent and uniform versus a leathered top and honed sides. Talk about attention to detail! In our master bath we also carried through the black granite with matching backsplash but with the added twist of no side splashes which meant Glenn and his team had to scribe the granite to the not-so-straight walls of our 1956 house without being able to “hide” anomalies under side trim. In the other bath/laundry room we used a quartz product, this room was a significant challenge as the cabinet structure was modified after the countertop templating and cutting. Glenn worked through this change with us with the utmost care and patience as there was no margin for error.
>
> To say that we were pleased with the results would be a gross understatement. It was perfect. During the installation his crew was clean, respectful, and careful. The seams were essentially invisible. Corners and edges that butted up to other items, like to cabinets, walls, and the sides of our range were tight and straight.
>
> Overall, what stood out most with Glenn from start to finish was passion and pride of workmanship. It was refreshing given all the other sub-par sub-contractor work we had come across during our project. His care for the customer and end product shone through every step of the way. It would not be a stretch by any means to call him a granite artisan. When we regain our strength and stamina to tackle the second phase of our remodel, the lower floor, there is no question on if we will be calling Glenn. I wholeheartedly recommend Stone-pros to all my family and friends or anyone looking for top-notch tile and stone team.

> I contacted Glenn on a Thursday about a small job I needed done on a Saturday (through hole into granite for a reverse osmosis system faucet). Of the four stone experts that I contacted for this job Glenn was the first to respond and the only professional to offer his availability on short notice despite having other jobs booked on that day. Glenn exhibits great attention to detail and has empathy for his customers - despite the simplicity of the job, he committed the time to discuss how we could get the job done cost effectively, efficiently, and "right". Glenn will-called the core bit for me, I picked it up. He was at my doorstep promptly at 8:30 on Saturday. Once the hole was drilled Glenn made sure that the faucet would install properly and that I was good to go on the rest of the project. Based on my experience, I would recommend Glenn's services for anyone who has a granite project large or small!

## Community Q&A

**Q: Is there a stopper for the drain?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I showed this picture to my counter fabricator. I want to get this type of counter top in Caesarstone Blizzard. Unfortunately the quote came in at over twice the price for the integrated sinks vs. a cutout for a vessel or under mount sinks. Are they really that intricate and labor intensive to warrant that price? Is there some sort of stopper mechanism or slot drain waste tray attached to the underside?

A: Please call me 206-954-7767

**Q: I just love the faucets! Would like the faucet "make and model". Thx** *(in Photo Questions)*

Would love to find out manufacturer, name and model \# of the faucets pictured. They are exactly what I am looking for! Thanking you in advance. Judy Epstein

A: You're so welcome Judy! If you or your friends are in the Northwest and need any countertops, please contact me directly. 206-954-7767

**Q: What is the exact name of the color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me exactly what color this is?

A: Not at all, it's quartz

**Q: Wide sink vs. two?** *(in Photo Questions)*

This is lovely, but can you fabricate a Caesarstone vantiy with one wide ramp sink and two faucets? I've seen this with concrete ramp sinks, but prefer engineered stone for a bathroom remodel. Thanks.

A: Yes, one very wide single ramp sink. If you send me your direct email I will send you a pic

**Q: Love this look! Where did you find the bowls? Granite color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The granite is Desert Dream from MSI
And the sinks came from Fixtures Living in Orange County, CA

**Q: Chandelier...** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love it. Wish there was a green tag on it to tell me where I could find one! :-)

A: Had blown it Italy, one of a kind
