He was fairly new in his business venture, but he was professional with a good crew and tackled most small issues and resolved them. We were very happy with his work and recommended him to other clients. > > However, last year we noticed one corner of the deck is now sagging and in need of rework and/or repair, possibly due to a design issue (an architect did the design) and less likely a "build" or artistry issue. I tried to reach Brian by phone, leaving a few messages that he did not return. I finally reached him live one morning, explained the issue, and we set a firm date & time for him to look at our concerns. I mentioned that it was not a warranty issue, and we would pay for the rework/repair. His tone of voice on the call was not the most positive. > > Brian never showed for the appointment nor called to reschedule. It seems he did not intend to support a past customer. And I feel he acted in a very unprofessional manner. I was 'extremely' disappointed, even though his website mentioned he supports his customers and stands behind his work...which of course he did not in our case. But, thinking heat rises, so do they really keep people below warm? What about windy conditions? A: Hi Brenda, Thank you for your question. These heaters are made by Infratech, they really work great as we install them in most all of our strutures. They heat an area approximately 10' x 12' allowing you to enjoy the spece in the early spring and late fall months, and they are cost efficient. We also like them for their sleek design and color options.
