Optimum Window is a family-owned business nestled in the town of Ellenville, in upstate NY. Established in 1985, our President, Candido Perez launched this ambitious enterprise in the Steel Window industry and has since become the largest and most diversified manufacturer of Fire-Rated and Architectural steel windows in the United States in this ever-evolving world. 

Making continuous strides in the fenestration industry has been a consistent goal of Optimum Window. We utilize state-of-the-art technology to maintain the quality, precision and craftsmanship our clients have come to depend on over the years. We have also made becoming a “greener” institution a priority, while taking initiatives to reduce waste and use 100% recycled steel for our multitude of versatile systems. 

We pride ourselves on custom making each unit as ordered in house at our upstate facility so that every piece features the unique perspective of each of our clients. Our Manhattan Design Studio also provides an opportunity for us to showcase an array of options to those that may wish to get a better idea of Optimum Window’s endless design possibilities. Whether your project is residential, commercial or even a landmark application, we can create the steel windows and doors that would best meet your needs.

> I had ordered five fire rated windows from Optimum Window. I am in Canada. It took several months to build and deliver the windows. When I finally received the windows, glass of two windows were completely shattered. Optimum Window asked me to go for a claim with the carrier. When I sent out pictures to the Carrier, the Carrier told me that the windows poor packaging was the reason for broken glass. After several emails to Optimum Windows for the glass compensation only, they asked my banking info for the wire transfer. After sending my banking info they never sent me any refund or respond to my emails. My experience with Optimum Window is very frustrating and shocking.

> We apologize for any issues you experienced upon receiving this order and welcome you to reach out by phone or email for resolution, as our team had made continuous attempts to reimburse you for the replacement glass.  Optimum Window was able to identify this particular project by the review without reference, as we routinely ship nationwide and throughout parts of Canada without incident.  A formal Agreement and Release document had been sent via email on May 25th, 2022.  A request was made that the document be signed and returned to us in order to issue a refund check. Additionally, multiple phone calls detailing the same request were made. Our phone calls were not returned.  Optimum Window did not receive a signed copy of the form, nor did our team receive any additional correspondence, thereafter.
