When renovation takes place in your home you have to expect that everything you normally do on a day to day basis changes drastically. Our home was constructed in the mid 1960's and built like a fortress.and his crew faced issues of removing the existing bathtub and the old wall tile. They handled that like it was not a problem .The inconvenience of noise, workers, dirt and dust can be a game changer in your lifestyle. Drew did everything possible to minimize the impact of the construction and he personally saw to it that his crew showed up on the date when scheduled and right on time. After completion, we had a couple minor things come up and they were quick to respond and take care of everything. He has around 20 years of experience in regard to new home construction. He possesses extensive knowledge regarding the structure of a home and how it should be constructed. He is also excellent at explaining each step of the home building process. I found him to be very competent and patient with all of my questions and concerns. > He is a perfectionist, and very organized with his work schedule. He was very aware and timely during the entire process. He let me know, well in advance, when choices needed to be made by me in order to complete different phases of our project. Every phase of construction was on time and our home was completed by the construction date listed on the contract. > He always called me to explain what would be occurring as the next step. There was never a time that he did not make himself available to me or the subcontractors. His subcontractors like and respect him. He has known most of them for years. He has a very professional "crew". > I have contacted him since the closing of my home and he has been readily available to answer questions and make any repairs needed. He even had a portion of my roof repaired because he was not pleased with how it looked(I had not noticed). To say the least, he is an incredible builder and an outstanding person.
