> DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!! We bought a hot tub from them back in February. The remote went out in a couple of months, and you couldn't use it. Now 3 weeks ago same thing. I spoke with the "manager" in Springdale Holly to get it fixed. As they always do they do not call back. I had to call her. She had no clue about my remote. I asked to talk to her boss who again says he is the "manager" Jerry (Sensitive Information Hidden). This was Thursday, and tells me the part is in Fort Smith. Well it is now Monday, and I haven't heard a word from them.  I now have an $18,000 frog pond. I will never recommend them to anyone!!!
