> We have worked with contractors in the past on major house projects, and John Woulbroun is by far the best.  He came highly recommended and did not disappoint.  He added a living room, master bedroom, and completely redid the kitchen and dining area. He also did outdoor hardscape. John completes one job before he starts another, so he does not spread himself thin running between jobs. Because of that, he finished our job in less than the estimated time. He presented a comprehensive spreadsheet of the estimated costs and stuck very close to it. John was on the job every day from 7 am until late afternoon, even when other subcontractors were here. He has a low-key manner and is an excellent communicator. He is upfront and honest with ideas and has an artistic flair to complement his outstanding construction skills.
