Our 1934 home was in need of a kitchen remodel, and we had put it off because we had never embarked on a project of this scope ('down to the studs'). From our initial inquiries, into more serious phases of bids and design, then throughout the demo, construction, and finishing work - Greg, his assistant contractor, and the subcontractor team - all demonstrated qualities that contributed to a successful project and beautiful end product. Those qualities included: regular communications, ongoing patience, adherence to the contract and estimates, consideration and respect for our home/property and schedule, quality workmanship, and daily progress. In addition to a significant improvement in our home - some hidden mechanical concerns were identified and addressed. The work included: opening the wall between the dining room and kitchen, adding a doorway between the kitchen and hallway, custom oak cabinetry; installation of new kitchen windows, granite countertops, backsplash tile, bead board, cast iron sink, three new appliances, new oak floors, back entry risers, back entry tile, and light fixtures; finishing work on the cabinetry and new floor; refinishing floors in three additional rooms and hallway; painting the kitchen, dining room and hallway; cutting down the radiator and reinstalling. **★★★★★ — john\_bucher, March 2016** > It was a pleasure to have G. Greg has: 1) remodeled a TV wall with in-ceiling speakers in our family room, 2) remodeled a fireplace, added floating shelves, and added a flat screen tv niche above the fireplace in our bedroom, 3) almost gutted and remodeled our master bath including steam shower, heated tile floors, custom vanity, air soak tub, and fixed a moisture problem in the ceiling, 4) added a gym to our storage room area, including putting in a new egress window, 5) added a new full bathroom to our storage room, including heated tile floor and finding the water line under the concrete floor, 6) built a new low-maintenance deck off our house with cable railings. In each of these projects, Greg was a supurb communicator - always letting us know when to expect workers, giving his professional input to maintaining the prairie style of our home, and was not afraid to gently offer his opinion when I was going off in the wrong direction. The customer always comes first with Greg! I could see his contracted workers greatly respected him, and they were all easy to work with.
