> Greg designed our new 5700 sq/ft home in San Marino, CA. Together we decided on a style and Greg took care of the details. Our house has gotten countless compliments and is the showcase of the street. Working with Greg was easy. He always made himself available to answer the hundreds of phone calls and tens of meetings. This was very important to me as I had just fired another local architect because of his inattention to my calls. Getting approval to build was very difficult and time consuming in my city. I know that Greg spent much more time and involvement than he initially bargained for, yet he saw it through to the end. My only negative would be that it took him a long time to get the plans finished once we had approval to proceed. I highly recommend him.

A backyard renovation I recently completed: Before was a soggy old lawn, some rotting stairs and a broken concrete pathway.  After I was done there is a beautiful new concrete slab patio, covered bbq area, landscape lighting and lots of new plants!  Tell me what you think about the transformation.

**Q: Ultimate 3 Car Garage: Metallic Epoxy Floor Adds The WOW Factor!** *(in Before & After)*

Client wanted a truly unique surface in his three car garage. Nothing makes a dramatic impression like our metallic epoxy systems! We created a showroom finish, and a garage that is the envy of my client's friends, and neighbors.

**Q: Help with my entry way flooring** *(in Flooring)*

We just bought an old..I mean really old home. built in 1842. We ripped up the nasty old, smelly, stained carpet. To our surprise, well not really a huge surprise, we founds white oak under the carpet.  We sanded it and are planning on sanding it a deep chocolaty brown, White trim and molding and light grey walls...... Anyway, we have a small entry way I didn't know if I should continue the dark hardwood or tile it. What would look better. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*Below will be a picture of the tile I was interest in and the pics of our pre-stained floors.
