Once again, Bill Monroe came out and did a perfect install. I'm elated with my experience with them. After doing some research we decided to go with Floorscapes. We worked with design consultant Mickey McKay and she was very helpful in helping my wife and I chose the right materials for our project. She answered all our questions about converting from tub to shower, gave us a accurate itemized quote, and set up a install timeline with the contractor who would install the floor and shower. The tile contractor Floorscapes uses for the shower install was neat and professional. It took five days to complete the project and every day they arrived and left on time and took care not to damage our bedroom. Now it is important for me to say that for our bath remodel Floorscapes only installed the floor and shower. For our project we needed to have the shower drain relocated, plumbing reworked, and a glass shower door installed. Floorscapes has plumbing and glass contractors they recommend and work with but I went with a plumbing contractor that I used in the past. So I had to play general contractor and schedule the plumber and the glass contractor around the shower install timeline. All in all, working with Mickey and Floorscapes was a pleasant experience.
