We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the store until our floors were installed. It is a small family owned and operated business so we got to work with the owners first hand. They were very knowledgeable on all of the products (this was extremely helpful because I knew nothing going into this!) They were patient with me as a had to consider every color/type of floor in the store to ensure that I was picking the right one (I'm very indecisive). We were able to bring samples home with us to think about and there was no pressure to have to make our decision right away. We had to replace all of the floors downstairs and upstairs, so we knew that the cost would be significant. They were very fair and honest with their pricing (we priced around as well).
