> I would highly recommend First Step Design if you are planning a project that requires any form of permitting with the City of Toronto. Cindy truly has the experience and knowledge to see a project through from the initial discovery meeting through to the permit approvals and beyond. She was able to prepare all the drawings we needed to submit to the City. She handled communication with the city when we needed to escalate. And she has a network of related service providers (engineers, surveyors and interior designers) to draw upon.  I have recommended Cindy to several friends and family members and will use her again without reservation.
