Kerri was very pleasant and timely in getting information over to us, including a list of what we would need to have ready for them both on the template and the install, all of which we did have prepared for them. The installers were very nice and professional, they did have concerns about the very thin width of the soapstone between the edge of the counter and the cook top and the possibility that it would break, we were concerned about it as well. After they left we also found out the cook top now did not line up correctly with the vent ducting below, the same cook top and venting that was there previously and worked fine. The short version of what happened next is we were told "its a remodel, you should expect to have problems" we were left to fix the cook top problems, they did reluctantly offer to come back out to try to put some support under the thin area in front of the cook top, we were not confident in the solution they offered there to protect it from breaking so again we are left to find a solution to that as well. We felt very much like we are a one time job and a homeowner and our business did not matter, I would never use them again on any project, especially if you are remodeling....the after the sale and install service left us very frustrated and a very bad taste in our mouth about this business. **★★★★★ — Linda Franchini, Feb. 2017** > From beginning to end this was a perfectly executed project.
