As the project coordinator on this project. I worked closely with Rakhee to make sure that the needs and standards of the property owner were not only met but exceeded. The seaside condo project was a trans-pacific venture that was a rather challenging renovation. Throughout the renovation I felt that Rakhee and Costa-Brown architecture truly acted as a partner with not only the owner, but with each member of the construction team. Not only were RIFs and updates reviewed and returned quickly, Rakhee regularly shared her construction knowledge in required field changes as they were discovered so that design intent was upheld, while ensuring that there was a smooth flow to the work. The cooperation and collaboration that Rakhee brought to the table everyday, was greatly appreciated. This atmosphere resulted in a truly enjoyable project experience for everyone involved, a successful end result and a very pleased owner.
