A: All in roughly $30,000. There is a large poured concrete pond that it spills into with stepping stones to the front door. The spill way integrates into the house as well, requiring additional waterproofing. A lot components that interact with the feature.

A: They are formed in place colored Concrete. 6" thick with light broom finish.

Did you use a corner trim where the wood ceiling meets the window frame?

A: No corner trim used. Wood trim was cut to frame with necessary expansion space allowed.

A: We poured the concrete using site built board forms in single lift.
