> Z McKinney was recommended by my designer Bindu Maneyapanda. She was hired to create custom cabinets which had several unique features and charged a high price. The design was always intended to display bottles. The build took much longer than expected and price increased during the build.  She often arrived late and then wanted to work in my home until late at night. Not long after the work was completed, the shelves began to sag from the weight of the bottles. Later cabinet doors warped because the wood is too thin and not reinforced. I was frustrated by the process and disappointed with the ongoing work required to keep using the cabinets she built.

> The open floor plan required a custom built in furniture piece that combined the functions of a China Cabinet, Display Cabinet and an Entertainment Center. The breakfront design provided furniture detailing and definition for the Entertainment Center. Glass paneled doors brought balance between the narrow display cabinets and the wide opening for the TV. The china cabinet doors at either end complete the piece, creating harmony between the various components.
