You will take them to court and they will not show up. **★★★★★ — Dave Pietrantonio, March 2017** > Our mother's house needed a lot of major work on the roof, soffits, gutters, etc. We had hired someone else to do the work, but when they didn't complete it, we needed to find some else to do the work. We hired Dan after seeing his work on one of our neighbor's houses. He soon discovered that all of the work that had been done by the other contractor had been done badly and needed to be redone. As you can imagine, we were a little nervous about having someone else do work on the house after this, especially since we are not there to monitor it. After seeing Dan do the first phase, we were completely confident that it was being done well and that we could trust him to do the work without us there. They did a great job putting a very old house back together again. We should have hired him first. It would have saved us a lot of money and aggravation.
