Having had blinds in our old house, I had an idea of what didn't work so well for us and started asking them questions. I was blown away by the expertise and thorough knowledge of their products and willingness to work to customize just what would work well for us. When the house was built, I didn't even think about going anywhere else. I called and Harold came out and spent the better part of the day helping us choose what would work best for the 42 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in this house. He helped us choose the right colors, light opaqueness and power controls for the individual rooms based upon their purpose and use. The blinds were delivered when promised. Harold and Marilyn came to install them, and they couldn't have been more professional, yet warm and engaging. We love what Harold helped us purchase. I feel as though they became friends in the process as they really wanted what was best for us. A: I would stand back and look at the entire exterior colors. Then stand inside the house and look at the entire color of the room. I would guess that the more neutral color will be the soft creme. What are the colors of the other window treatments facing the exterior of the house. Most coverings such as honeycomb shades use a white color for exterior to keep the exterior neutral. Our bay window looks identical, yet we were told those shades would not work because the top of the shades would stick out past the wall. Do you know why this wasn't an issue for you? They do not require any addition fabric treatment around them to make them look finished.
