The contractor was very courteous and thorough in explaining everything to me and answered every question I had, even those questions that came up when he was away. The siding installers were awesome. They arrived early every morning, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. No left over siding pieces or nails were left behind. I am very pleased with their work and will use them again in the future.

Can the downspouts be placed at the house side with the gutter running along the house underneath the balcony?

A: It can be done but it's not something we'd recommend unless it's a last resort as we'd prefer to get the water away from the house as quickly as possible.
