I bought a older "fixer upper" eighteen years ago and Jim, owner of 'Morgenroth Development" has worked on restoring this house since. He has remodeled the bathroom, kitchen (January 2014) installed custom windows,(2012-2013) . We also use all his sub-contractors that installed new insulation throughout the house, plummers to replace old pipes and painters for interior and exterior work.
