**★★★★★ — Loster, May 2019**

> Dave and the crew ripped out the fiberglass tub/shower combo vinyl bathroom floor and put a new tiled shower and tile floor in my guest bath. Beautifully done. He uses the Schluter system in the shower which was very important to me because I don’t want leaks or mold or water damage in the future. I plan on using this company again for future renovations.

**Comment from Fix It Up Home Repair & Improvements:**

> Thank you.. Your pictures look better then mine do. The Teak shower stool is a nice touch. Thanks again it was a pleasure working with you.

**★★★★★ — Greg Rudolph, Aug. 2018**

> David and his crew retiled our entire master bathroom and refinished our kitchen cabinets (about 30 total doors, a large island and a serve-out). They did an outstanding job from start to finish! They were professional, courteous, fast and delivered exceptional quality. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks for all your hard work and the great results!

**Comment from Fix It Up Home Repair & Improvements:**

> Thank You Greg.... I'll pass this along to the Guys.

> I've used this company since I relocated to the area after my realtor recommended his services. We have used Fix It Up Home Repair for over 3 years for both large and small scale projects- all of which where performed to our complete satisfaction.
>
> We highly recommend this trustworthy & competent service contractor to assist you with you residential needs.

**★★★★★ — mandomiller, Jan. 2015**

> Fix It Up Home Repair has become the only contractor I trust with my home improvements or my dog! Over the past twelve months, they have added a wheelchair ramp on the exterior of my home, finished my basement, converted an outdated bathroom to a fully handicapped friendly bathroom (including a fully custom roll-in shower), torn out and remodeled my entire kitchen (including removing entire walls and installing new supporting headers), and completely remodeled my main floor bathroom.
>
> From beginning to end David and his crew were courteous and professional, they completed tasks on time, made changes as needed, and were responsive if an issue surfaced. They showed expertise with all manor of equipment, materials and tasks. They cleaned up the job site every single day, putting away tools, sweeping, mopping and making sure we could continue to live comfortably in our home. Most importantly, they were courteous and professional with my three teenage daughters, my elderly mother and even watched out for my dog.
>
> I will continue to use Fix It Up in the future for all manor of tasks, big and small.

**★★★★★ — landlorain, Dec. 2014**

> This professional contractor is competent, polite & is competitively priced. I trust David and his team in my home, with my pets, when I'm not there. Every project was completed on time and with superior quality. He will always be my contractor!

**★★★★★ — ricrigual, Dec. 2014**

> FIU has done several repairs/projects for me over the last 2 years, including a complete bathroom renovation. David is professional, reliable, charges reasonable rates and does great work.

**★★★★★ — Realtor T.C. Cooksley, Dec. 2014**

> The guys at Fix-It-Up Home Improvements & Repairs are on the top of my recommendation list for licensed area contractors. David is meticulous & knowledgeable in his work. He did a terrific job on my own home as well.
> Realtor T.C. Cooksley, Fredericksburg & Centreville, VA

**★★★★★ — amycherrytaylor, Dec. 2014**

> I have been working with David for years. As a Realtor, I am in need of a good contractor on just about a weekly basis. David is always my go to guy. He is responsive, extremely competitive and fair with his pricing and always does what he says he is going to do. He is on time and is extremely knowledgeable. He consistently does great work and has helped me personally, as well as many of my clients, with an array of projects over the years. It doesn't matter whether the job is small or quite large, he treats every job like it's the most important one. I highly recommend David and Fix It Up Home Repair!
