> Jody and Travis were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the construction process. Jody's knowledge of the structural components associated with the open concept we desired was appreciated. He also helped with several adjustments in the master bath, kitchen island, and pantry that we made in the middle of the construction process. Travis was also very helpful with the details on plumbing, appliances, and hardware fixtures. As a team, we were impressed with their communication throughout the process. The house turned out great and we've been very pleased. We always get compliments when we have visitors and we attribute the details and custom features to Willowtree's expert team.

The kitchen switched places with the family room, a load bearing wall was removed and the ceiling was raised up two feet. In addition to all of the interior work a new patio with phantom screens was built to incorporate the 16 ft sliding door.

This project had many challenges which included removing an existing pantry and adding custom pantry cabinet. We took an existing dining room and enhanced it with cased opening to take a once closed floor plan and making it an open concept. To tie the changes in the kitchen to the living room, an exposed wood truss was added to the living room.
