He always does excellent work and we have been very happy with the results of each project. He has great ideas for optimum utilization of space, he is a perfectionist - accurate, detail oriented, skilled, neat...everything we want in a contractor. He keeps a close eye on all work being done, whether by electricians, plumbers or other specialists and coordinates it all well. He was always there when he said he would be, did whatever it took to have things ready for the next phase of the work and was always willing to take time with us to go over questions, plans or changes we might want. Rick is thoughtful and careful about protecting the rest of the house while his project is going on and keeps things as clean and orderly as is possible at all times. On this project, his associate created computer generated pictures of the layouts, including our tile, cabinet and vanity choices so we knew from the very start what it would look like when it was finished. Rick does top quality work and we trust him completely to come into our home to do any project at any time, whether we can be there or not. My husband and I are both "fussy" about our home and any work that is done there. We wouldn't have used anyone else for this project. Our new bathrooms are beautiful, comfortable and well planned to suit us now and as we get older.
