> Vinny did a great job designing our pool, and overall, we’re happy with how it turned out. That said, I’d caution future customers to pay close attention to the warranty process.

> We’ve encountered a relatively minor issue: two pipes feeding jets to our hot tub have settled and cracked. Given that we spent $350,000 on this pool, and the repair is likely in the $1,000–$2,000 range, we expected it to be handled under our 3 year warranty—as it clearly should be per the agreement.

> Unfortunately, when we reached out, Vinny responded initially but then said he was too busy to deal with it. Since then, he has stopped responding altogether.

> Collaborating alongside the client and other contractors on site proved to be a rewarding experience. However, more than a year later, we faced discrepancies in the interpretations of the written guarantee outlined in the contract. To prevent such misunderstandings in the future, we have taken steps to clarify the contractual language and will ensure that we review these terms with future clients.
