Dustin also responded well to some concerns I had about windows he had put into the plans. My husband had tried to convince me that the windows were fine, but David stepped in and asked Dustin to adjust the windows to the size I wanted. With Dustin's technology, I could see, right away, what the new windows would look like and I was so much happier with the change. I was grateful to David for stepping in because he saw my hesitation and addressed it, immediately. At the end of the day, he just wanted to make sure I was happy with the plans.
