> $45k project.  Owner, Matt, was very difficult to deal with. He only ever visited the job site to collect money.  Took much longer than he quoted.  I came to find out that one of his installers was a convicted felon working in my home each day. 10 weeks post completion there are three areas cracking or lifting. I have asked for repairs, with no reply yet. Fingers are crossed that this can be resolved. - as the product and installation are warrantied.  I would definitely recommend that you look elsewhere for high-end work.

> FloorSRQ installed new floor tile (diamond  positioned) in our condo entry way, two bathrooms, kitchen/laundry area & fireplace hearth.  They did a fabulous job of installing mosaic tiles around the fireplace.. They were punctual and thorough.  Their second job was installing beautiful onyx pavers on our lanai, done with precision and attention to detail.  Leftover pavers were secured onto some garden tiles for a unique look.  Their third job was installation of new carpet in our  downstairs bedroom & closets and we were pleased with the choice we made from the good quality of carpeting choices we were given.
