> Dave and his team did a complete renovation of my basement, adding a rec room and a spare bedroom and redoing the staircase.  He also renovated two upstairs bedrooms. Flooring, drywall, ceilings, lighting, switches, wiring, trim, insulation and paint were all part of the job. The finished product was excellent and beautiful. We are very happy and would gladly hire Dave again.

> Some of the best things about the job other than the professional final result were things such as excellent communication. Dave explains everything and so does his crew. They don't cut corners and will always make time for your questions. They cleaned up constantly so the rest of the house disruption was minimized. They laid down sheets to protect flooring and put up barriers to minimize dust. Dave broke down cost options and gave his honest opinions on things. He had no problems calling back any sub-contractors who may have made little mistakes until the job was done right. It was a very stress free project and the price was very competitive.

> Had these gentlemen build my garage. First day of the build ran into a problem, my ground was terrible for the design I had. Within an hour Dave had a solution to my ground issue, and a couple of weeks later, I had a wonderful garage that I have enjoyed daily. The crew was absolutely great to work with. Spoke with them on a daily basis. Dave was in touch with us every couple of days, and stopped at the site regularly. My neighbors were very impressed with how efficient they were, and how clean they kept the site. I will have these guys do future projects for us.
