They gave Southern Grace Interiors creative liberty to enhance the best features of their home. Existing design elements such as soaring vaulted ceilings, an indoor atrium area, and antique heart pine and brick floors, provided a gorgeous foundation for Lead Designer Brittani Swearingen to work with! Since these clients love to be outside, Brittani made it her goal to create a relaxed living e… - [Sweet Southern - Palmetto Bluff](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/sweet-southern-palmetto-bluff-pj-vj~5742119) - Location: Bluffton, SC - Photos: 52 - Description: This beautiful, newly-constructed home in Palmetto Bluff's Old Moreland Village was such a joy to decorate! When our clients called us, they were preparing to close on the home and it was totally empty. After getting to know their personalities we set out to create a sweet, Southern, inviting design for this cozy home, using their gorgeous blue and white patterned wallpaper as our inspiration. By repainting the kitchen and dining room cabinetry in a soft blue-gray, we added softness and calming… - [Nautical Farmhouse - Oldfield Village](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/nautical-farmhouse-oldfield-village-pj-vj~5156900) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 37 - Description: This Bluffton home began as a dated, dark, and mismatched estate. Our assignment was to stage the home to help the owner gain as much of a return as possible on their listing. Details are what made this transformation so dramatic. We painted the wood kitchen cabinets with Alabaster paint from Sherwin Williams. We cut down the island to a uniform height, added some shelving and cabinetry, and extended the countertop to dramatically increase the size of the kitchen. Gorgeous new quartz counters an… - [Coastal Elegance - Hampton Lake](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/coastal-elegance-hampton-lake-pj-vj~5157151) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 28 - Description: We were fortunate enough to be brought in to this project during the planning phase before construction began. As a result, we were able to assist our clients with all of their installation selections—tile, flooring, and cabinetry—as well as many of their furniture and accessory selections. Every detail was considered, from the decision to align the direction of the beadboard with the flooring, to the shiplap ceiling inlay, to the relaxing coastal color palette. The "wow factor" in this house is… - [Traditional Elegance - Hampton Hall](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/traditional-elegance-hampton-hall-pj-vj~5157215) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 19 - Description: When our Hampton Hall clients initially reached out to us to help them refresh their gorgeous custom home in Bluffton, the plan was to update the window treatments and maybe refresh the interior paint. After our consultation, they decided to incorporate many more updates into the project. The result? A gorgeous transformation that showcases the power of great accessories! We kept many of the homeowners' "basics" and refreshed the paint in every room while staying true to the home's original colo… - [Industrial Glam - Cypress Ridge](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/industrial-glam-cypress-ridge-pj-vj~5156985) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 32 - Description: Our client, a busy entrepreneur and mom of two, didn't have time to stress over moving into her new home and having it look great. She called us and asked for help from start to finish. We selected every single item for her in this home—every accessory, bed, bath towel, and bar stool! This fun, creative project challenged us to design for a young family while still keeping the overall look elegant and refined. Our client likes bold statement pieces, so we gave it to her in the form of an oversiz… - [Colorful Modern - Palmetto Bluff](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/colorful-modern-palmetto-bluff-pj-vj~5156602) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 22 - Description: From dated and farmhouse to modern and bright—what a difference paint and colorful accents can make! When our clients brought us on the scene after purchasing this four-bedroom Palmetto Bluff home, the interior was dark and outdated, and the furniture layout was very closed off. We painted the entire interior of the home—no small undertaking—which brightened up the space dramatically! After refreshing the paint, we selected all new furnishings for the main space (with the exception of the client… - [Coastal Cottage - Palmetto Bluff](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/coastal-cottage-palmetto-bluff-pj-vj~5156716) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 24 - Description: This charming two-bedroom cottage in Palmetto Bluff began as a bright white blank slate—it was just waiting for some energy and color! We wanted to keep the background neutral, so we opted to bring in color through accessories and accent pieces. Several new furniture pieces were added to the existing furniture collection in coastal aqua and blue tones, which helped bring this rental re-design to life. Pops of orange and grass green served to brighten up the bedrooms, while black lighting, counte… - [Traditional Lowcountry - Palmetto Bluff](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/traditional-lowcountry-palmetto-bluff-pj-vj~5157089) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 21 - Description: This gorgeous home renovation project had a very tight timeline, but we were able to pull it off on time AND under budget! The construction was complete by the time they called us, and they had already purchased some basic furniture items for each of the rooms—but that was it. The home still felt like a new construction and wasn't cozy or pulled together yet. That's where we came in! After listening to our clients' vision for the home, we made some minor paint changes in a few key areas that helped define spaces and create… - [Lowcountry Casual - Palmetto Bluff](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/lowcountry-casual-palmetto-bluff-pj-vj~5737417) - Location: Bluffton, SC - Photos: 47 - Description: When our client contacted us following a referral from her Property Manager, she had already begun the early stages of transforming this stunning, three-story, waterfront mansion in Palmetto Bluff's Wilson Village. We wish we could take credit for the gorgeous bathroom designs, but those were already in place. However, there were still so many ways that we improved this gorgeous home to prepare it for the luxury rental market. We started with a fresh light palette on the walls, then transformed… - [British West Indies - Palmetto Bluff](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/british-west-indies-palmetto-bluff-pj-vj~5155839) - Location: Bluffton, SC - Photos: 35 - Description: This home was dark and worn with outdated furnishings, but had gorgeous antique heart pine flooring and some beautiful high-quality area rugs—true diamonds in the rough! While we ultimately kept the rugs (which inspired our color palette for the new decor in each room), many other changes were made throughout the interior of the home. We lightened the wall and trim color, had the kitchen cabinetry repainted in Pure White to match the trim, added color to the walls in the two master suites and th… - [Rustic Coastal Farmhouse - Hampton Lake](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/rustic-coastal-farmhouse-hampton-lake-pj-vj~5733909) - Location: Bluffton, SC - Photos: 63 - Description: When our clients first approached Principal Designer Mikaelah Seifrit, they only had a blueprint and a creamy white color palette in mind for their future "forever home" in Hampton Lake. Rich wood flooring, coastal lighting and paint colors, and a functional open floor plan created a beautiful foundation. This client presented us with a creative challenge: they wanted a bar to st… - [Bright and Beachy - Hampton Lake](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bright-and-beachy-hampton-lake-pj-vj~6045105) - Location: Bluffton, SC - Photos: 53 - Description: This Hampton Lake interior design project in Bluffton, SC was so much fun, because the colorful decor matched the colorful personality of our client! We love it when we get to be involved in every step of the process from blueprints to bath towels.
