> The installation was a disaster:  installed the lift incorrectly, damaged side panels, etc..  it’s been very complicated to connect with Paradise Valley back office to make the necessary corrections.  The spa product is great, but the distributor/seller is discombobulated in the way they operate and run their business.    Service after the sale is very poor.

A: We are the only Hydropool Swim Spa Dealer San Francisco Bay Area. We love the product and it is absolutely worth the money. Half the cost of a pool, self cleaning, energy efficient, portable, and arguably the smoothest current in the industry. It also provides two "hot tub hydrotherapy seats" on one end so you really get a hot tub and pool in one package!

**Q: What are the dimensions of the swim spa?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I want to exercise in a spa smaller than a pool due to cost.  I don't need a large spa just would like to know the details.  Also would like to know if you considered ozone to keep the pool clean.  Thank you

A: Hi Pattie - our swim spas range from 12ft long to 19ft long depending on your needs. They are self-cleaning, incredibly energy efficient, and can be ordered with ozone as well. If you provide me with your contact info, I would be happy to reach out to you to share some more information.
