The stove in question turned out to not have all original parts and in the end could not be saved. In that painful moment when one realizes one doesn't want to throw good money after bad Joe stepped in with an essentially free bonafide Chambers replacement stove several times more valuable than the stove I had hoped to refurbish. THEN, he travelled 2 hours to install it himself and personally instructed me on the operation and maintenance of the beauty. > Like the timeless classic quality of the Chambers stove Joe is a rare find.
