> Richard Diaz is fairly new to the Tucson community but NOT to the craft of everything related to homes.  His company, Raven Construction, LLC has completed several projects for us.  Richard has replaced a fence, installed a "man" door for the garage, a water line connection for a bidet, completed repair of a water damaged ceiling including drywall and paint matching,  completely refinished all the oak floors, removed mold from shower tiles and replaced the glass shower door.   The work was done quickly (I think he might even work on weekends), efficiently and with little disruption to our daily life.  We are comfortable calling him for both large and small projects; he completes all work with equal professionalism.  Richard always provides written estimates for his work and the jobs are completed on or ahead of schedule.  Raven Construction, LLC, and Richard Diaz have our strongest recommendation for all projects involving a home.   Ours was built in 1908 and Richard treats the "old lady" with the care she deserves.

As is common in house remodels, I started small and it just grew until 50% of the house was repainted and 95% of the house has new flooring. Richard was always very accommodating as to time and availability. After that, if there is anything else to do, he will be my first call.
