Providing architecture and schematic design services My mission is to connect with clients on a personal level, forming bonds that go beyond the project.  I embrace collaboration to solve any design challenge, big or small.  With two decades of experience in residential and commercial sectors, I utilize 3D design software (BIM) and provide clients with an immersive virtual reality experience (Google Cardboard) during the design process.  

This method allows clients to review and approve design solutions as they are made with confidence.  This approach also provides a great benefit to the general contractors and sub-contractors and aids in project coordination.   My services can including schematic design or retainer (hourly) basis as needed.  The hope is that anyone wanting access to an architect, can do so regardless of the budgetary constraints.

> We hired Popp Littrell Architecture + Interiors (Curtis and Dustin) for a kitchen/laundry room/partial basement remodel. We have done a few bathroom remodels, managing them on our own, but this project felt different. We wanted to do it right. We were taking down walls and gutting the space. We did not want to cut corners and we were craving creative ideas, beautiful materials, and thoughtful execution so as though to make our kitchen the heart of our home. Hiring Dustin and Curtis didn't feel like a "splurge," it felt like a "must." And we were right!

> The process started with a discussion about what we had in mind, looking at our existing space and getting a feel for our family rhythm. What I like about Dustin and Curtis is their respect for the history of a home and their commitment to designing spaces that stay in line with the home's roots while bringing all of the wonderful conveniences and beautiful finishes of the modern world. Luckily we feel the same way about these things so our partnership was seamless from that perspective. We were all very committed to keeping our farmhouse charm.

> Next, measurements were taken and plans were drawn up. We went through several iterations on our plans, each time with thoughtful discussion and debate. Dustin and Curtis worked with the structural engineer and the City's planning department. This was a huge relief and a time saver for us since they have relationships established already.
