I had the electrical, plumbing and HVAC done myself with help of my in-laws who hold electrical license, while I hold the plumbing and HVAC certificates. Jon and Ben were amazing in communication and planning out the work so everything could get accomplished on schedule without incident of erroneous placement or forgetting to get an item installed. Their tile work, and mudding and taping of drywall are beautifully done. They were great at helping my wife and I make decisions in regards to door locations, bulkheads and even helped direct us in what products to use to get the best finished product without blowing the budget. They were very clean in their work, and very accommodating on time lines, and allowing the other trade works to be completed without conflict.
