They were extremely helpful during all the process of repairing the leak and redoing our bathroom. We really appreciated Greg's expertise in explaining what needed to be done, and how to do it right. Keanu worked with our insurance company to take some stress away from us. Unlike most general contractors we worked with in the past who just charged high prices and just did the minimum to get the job done, Spindola Construction went way beyond. They rented some special HEPA equipment for 4 days to remove all humidity buildup, then sprayed a special anti-fungal paint to prevent mold from growing, added some extra waterproofing while rebuilding and helped us pick better faucet, toilets and better materials in general. Their pricing was fair and the quality of work top-notch.
